"Situated in the south of Cardiff in the direction of Barry, Wenvoe Castle is a yet another superb James Braid-designed parkland course. The club was founded in 1936 around Wenvoe Castle, a sort of old mansion-type building that was the home of Hugh Jenner, the club's very first president. The course opens with a superb par five hole that sees you tee-off from an elevated tee to an undulating fairway, leaving you two shots to make the guarded green."
