The design of the Fundación Monte-Castrove golf course follows a natural layout in a Galician pinewood. It lies in a peaceful mountain setting with fantastic views of the Ría de Arouse estuary in the Saln?s region. Its wide fairways with lies and hazards such as the natural lakes are easy and accessible. It was the scene of the European Ladies Team Championship in 2001. In technical terms, the balanced par and slope values of the course make it a competitive course for players of all levels."
