"Founded in 1892, Mortonhall is the oldest course in the city of Edinburgh over which golf is still played and is rightly regarded as one of Scotland's best hidden gems. A championship test of 6, 502 yards, the course boasts magnificent mature silver birch, fir, pine, sycamore and cherry trees, not to mention immaculate fairways. It enjoys a rich, natural environment comprising diverse habitats that support a wide range of flora and fauna as well as unrivalled views across Edinburgh, the Firth of Forth and the Pentland Hills.
