"This Parkland designed course which measures 6,443 yards from the back tees, plays much like a links course. The entire course has been designed and built to USGA specifications with sand based greens and tees. Course Designer Peter McEvoy's concept was to build a course to provide golfing conditions and aesthetics to delight. Golfers of all levels will find the course a challenge with its natural slopes and valleys combined with McEvoy's trademark undulating greens and some 90 bunkers. With truly magnificent panoramic views of the Wicklow Mountains and the Irish Sea, McEvoy claimed, 'the views made this site a designer's dream.'"
