"The championship course, a proven site of many big tournaments, was selected several times in the past by both players and journalists to be one of the top ten most beautiful courses in Germany.
The flat woody course situated on 90 hectare of heathland ist characterized by its long Par-4-holes, its numerous water obstacles and challenging bunkers. You can play practically the whole year on summer greens. The heath soil with its excellent natural drainage qualities, ensures that even following heavy, lenghty rainfall, the fairways do not become water-logged."
