"Opened in 1962; and located within a forest the Army Golf Club is a 9 Hole, 18 Tee parkland course with very tight fairways and small greens. The greens will normally run between 8.5 and 10 on the stimp meter.
Without question it is one of the most challenging Golf Courses in Northern Germany, this year the average score inclusive of handicap was 77.5. The Army Golf Club is not a long course hence the course rating is only 70 with the slope currently standing at 128. This will be reviewed again in the near future. The Golf Course is open for all to play as a visitor or to join. Traditionally we have an excellent mix of German and Military members."
