"Many believe this to be the best test of links golf in the area and it's hard to think otherwise. This is a great links course which has been boosted by the addition of brand new clubhouse. It's a friendly club and the members and visitors, of which there are quite a few, love it.

It is the oldest golf club in Yorkshire and is regarded as s true test of championship links golf - without the monumental green fee. Undulating fairways and tricky par threes, especially in windy conditions, make this course an absolute treat. An added bonus is that it is very well maintained and is fairly easy walking."
